Whether you are searching for specific colors, themed creations, fantasy-inspired combinations, cozy home décor, or one-of-a-kind gifts, we love bringing imaginative ideas to life through handcrafted work.

Custom creations require additional planning and crafting time.
Estimated turnaround times vary depending on:

An estimated completion timeline will always be provided before work begins.
✦ Payment
Full payment may be required before custom work begins unless otherwise agreed upon.
Because materials are often purchased specifically for custom projects, work cannot begin until payment has been completed.
✦ Changes & Revisions
Minor adjustments may be possible during early stages of production. However, once work has significantly progressed:
- major changes may not be possible
- additional charges may apply for redesigns or substantial modifications
Please review all customization details carefully before approving your order.
✦ Cancellations & Refunds
Custom and personalized creations are made specifically for each customer and are generally:
- non-returnable
- non-refundable
- non-exchangeable
Cancellations may only be possible before work has begun.
If Bedlam Stitchery & Designs must cancel a custom order for any reason, a full refund will be provided.

Custom handmade items will always carry slight variations that naturally occur during the crafting process. Exact duplication is not possible in handmade artistry, and each piece will remain uniquely its own.
This individuality is part of the charm and magic of handcrafted work.
