Every piece from Bedlam Stitchery & Designs is thoughtfully handcrafted, packaged with care, and prepared from our little workshop in Texas. Because many creations are made-to-order or finished by hand in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on the item and current order volume.

We believe handmade work should never be rushed — every stitch, knot, and detail is part of the story.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-made items typically ship within 3–5 business days.

Made-to-Order Items

Customizable or made-to-order creations generally require 5–10 business days before shipment unless otherwise noted in the product listing.

Certain seasonal collections, larger textile pieces, or high-order periods may require additional processing time. If delays occur, you will always be contacted directly.

✦ Shipping Methods

Orders are typically shipped through:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • Other trusted carriers when appropriate

Tracking information will be sent once your package begins its journey.

✦ Packaging

Every order is packaged carefully to protect delicate handmade work during transit. Whenever possible, packaging materials are chosen with both presentation and practicality in mind to create a warm and thoughtful unboxing experience.

Note that we at Bedlam Stitchery wish to protect Mother Nature at all costs. We will do our best to recycle shipping supplies in pristine condition. 

✦ Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been marked as shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery timelines are ultimately controlled by the postal service.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will gladly help however we can.

Bedlam Stitchery & Designs is not responsible for:

  • carrier delays
  • weather disruptions
  • incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • stolen packages after confirmed delivery

International shipping availability may vary depending on the item and destination country. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
