Every creation from Bedlam Stitchery & Designs is handcrafted with care, attention, and a touch of beautifully unraveled magic. Because of the handmade nature of our work, slight variations in color, texture, shaping, and stitching are part of the individuality and charm of each piece.
We want you to truly love the treasures you bring home.
✦ Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- the item must be unused
- in original condition
- free from damage caused after delivery
- returned in original packaging whenever possible
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
✦ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- custom or personalized orders
- made-to-order color combinations
- seasonal or limited-run items
- clearance or discounted items
- intimate wearable accessories
- digital products or downloadable content
Because many items are handcrafted specifically for each customer, custom creations cannot be resold once completed.
✦ Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:
- your order number
- photographs of the item
- photographs of the packaging if applicable
We will always do our best to make things right.
✦ Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to shop error or shipping damage.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process refunded payments.
✦ Cancellations
Order cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
After work has begun on made-to-order or custom items, cancellations may no longer be possible.
✦ Handmade Variations
No two handmade pieces are ever exactly alike. Small differences in stitch placement, shaping, yarn texture, color placement, or finishing details are natural characteristics of handcrafted artistry and are not considered defects.
